Educational content, not medical care. If you're post-surgery, clear it with your surgeon or physical therapist before week 1.

Hip, knee and ankle joints — the focus of the rehabilitation program
Fit check

Who this program
was built for

Yes, if you…

  • Finished surgery or physical therapy and were left without a next step
  • Have a hip, knee or ankle that hurts, clicks or gives out under load
  • Avoid stairs, running or squats because you don't trust the joint
  • Want a structured plan you can run at home, at your own pace

Not yet, if you…

  • Haven't been cleared to train after surgery — get clearance first
  • Are in acute, sharp or unexplained pain — that needs a doctor, not a program
  • Mainly deal with lower back pain — start there instead
  • Expect a passive fix — this is training, you do the reps
The progression

Five weeks.
Fifteen workouts.

Three sessions a week, 30–40 minutes each. Every week earns the next — and if a movement isn't clean yet, you repeat the week instead of pushing through it.

WEEK 1

Wake the joint up

Restore the range you actually own. Low-load positional work, controlled tempo and the morning routine that makes everything after it possible.

WEEK 2

Control before load

Balance, isometrics and precision reps. The muscles around the joint relearn to fire in the right order before you add any real weight.

WEEK 3

Start loading

Progressive load development begins — measured, tolerable, and enough to tell the tissue to adapt instead of just holding on.

WEEK 4

Build real strength

Heavier, harder, still controlled. This is where the joint stops being the weak link and starts handling life again.

WEEK 5

Return to real life

Stairs, walking, running, sport-specific patterns — plus the maintenance routine you keep long after the five weeks end.

FAQ

Before you start

I had surgery. Is this safe for me?
This program is built around post-surgical cases — meniscus, ACL reconstruction, ankle trauma, hip replacement, labrum repair. It's educational content, not a substitute for medical care: clear it with your surgeon or physical therapist first, and stop anything that causes sharp pain.
Do I need a gym?
No. An exercise mat, two yoga blocks and resistance bands cover everything.
How much time per week?
Three sessions a week, roughly 30–40 minutes each, plus short morning and stretching routines you can add on any day.
What if week 3 is too hard?
You repeat it. The program is yours for life — going back a week and refining is the intended way to use it, not a failure.
How long do I keep access?
Forever. One payment, lifetime access, no subscription.
How do I get the program after paying?
Checkout runs on Payhip. You get an email with your access link straight after purchase and can open it on any device.
What currency am I charged in?
The price is set in euros (€39). Your bank converts automatically — US cards work normally.
Should I also do the lower back program?
Many people do, and they run well back to back. If your main complaint is your lower back, start there.
